Xavier Bellouard is Managing Director of Quartet FS and one of its co-founders. Based in London, Xavier manages the UK operations and oversees the commercial efforts of the company across EMEA, Asia/Pacific and the USA. Before founding Quartet FS, Xavier was a key contributor to the development of Summit Systems (now a subsidiary of Misys), a software vendor providing applications for front-office operations and trading desks.
Georges Bory is Managing Director of Quartet FS and one of its co-founders. He overlooks the company's product innovation strategy and drives its diversification outside of its heritage in financial services. Prior to founding Quartet FS in 2005, Georges Bory was the Managing Director for Western Europe at Summit Systems (now a subsidiary of Misys).
Kathy Perrotte is Managing Director of Quartet FS and one of its co-founders. She runs North America operations and commercial activities for all of the Americas. Kathy has 20 years of experience in building, marketing and distributing Capital Market trading systems. As a co-founder of Summit Systems Inc. in 1990, Kathy held several positions including product development co-manager, Managing Director of consulting services and Chief Operating Officer.
Jean Safar is Chief Technology Officer of Quartet FS. He has proven many times his expertise in building, designing and managing Object Oriented Distributed trading software in software houses as well as in Tier I banks. Jean has also held the role of VP Head of Architecture for Dresdner Kleinwort Wassertein in Tokyo. Prior to joining Quartet FS, Jean was Director of Professional Services at DataSynapse.
Allen Whipple is Managing Director of Quartet FS and one of its co-founders. Allen runs the OEM business globally. He has 20 years of extensive experience in building and implementing Capital Markets technology. As a co-founder of Summit Systems, Allen developed the initial version of the software, while managing the application development, business development and financial engineering teams and then held the position of Managing Director for North America.
